Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No. We accept both single-item orders and bulk orders for businesses, events, and organizations.
How can I place an order?

What is UV Printing?
UV Printing uses ultraviolet light to instantly cure ink onto surfaces, producing vibrant, durable, and high-resolution prints on a wide variety of materials.
What is DTF Printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing transfers designs onto fabrics and textiles, producing vibrant, long-lasting prints.
What is Laser Engraving?
Laser engraving permanently etches designs, names, logos, or artwork into materials such as wood, acrylic, metal, leather, and glass.
ORDERING & PRODUCTION
How long does production take?
Production times vary depending on the product and order size. Most orders are completed within 3–10 business days after artwork approval.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush service may be available depending on production schedules. Additional fees may apply.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes can be made before production begins. Once production starts, modifications may not be possible.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We offer volume pricing for large orders, corporate gifts, promotional items, schools, churches, and events.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
If available, local pickup options will be provided during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
What if there is a mistake on my order?
If the error was made by Wadadli Creations, we will replace or remake the item at no additional cost.
