2. Personalized Goods & Design Approval
Because our products are custom-made using UV and DTF technology, production begins only after a design is finalized.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of all text, logos, and images provided. Please double-check spelling and image quality.
Proofing: For custom orders, we provide a digital proof. Once you approve this proof via email or our design portal, no further changes can be made.
3. No-Refund Policy on Custom Items
In accordance with standard industry practices for personalized goods:
All sales are final. Because an item is personalized with your specific design, it cannot be resold.
Exceptions: We will only offer a replacement or refund if the item arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing error that deviates from your approved proof. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content on this site (logos, text, product photos) is the property of Wadadli Creations.
Your Content: By uploading a logo or design, you represent that you own the rights to that image. Wadadli Creations reserves the right to refuse any order that infringes on trademarks or copyrights.
5. Shipping & Handling
We ship from our studio in Florida, USA. While we strive to meet all “Need-by” dates, Wadadli Creations is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
